Nic Armstrong and The Thieves were at Black Cat last night and I’m so glad I was there. fun set, made me want to dance, even though there was no one to dance with me.

I haven’t been able to keep up with much lately, as it’s been work and work, and recovery, and just haven’t felt up to doing anything.
a visit to the dentist last week, which was basically surgery to implant a new tooth has left me in lots of pain, but I’m finally starting to feel better.
as a result, I skipped Ben Lee Friday night and opted for Percocet which gave me strange dreams.
Saturday I went and saw “The Boys and Girl from County Clare” as part of Filmfest DC. It’s always a bit strange going solo to a film, but I’ll soldier on if it’s something I really want to see and do. The movie was wonderful and very much made me want to go home and play my fiddle!
I’ve got to keep up with the posts, I’ll try my best.
don’t have much time to write tonight. limited access to internet and being busy as HELL has made it difficult to stay current online, but I linked up somehow to this band on myspace. i am very much liking the sounds, maybe you will too!
